Docker Connector
A desktop Docker environment dashboard for local, Docker Context, SSH, and mutual TLS connections, with read-only inventories and opt-in container management.
Docker Connector is an Obsidian desktop plugin for watching Docker environments from inside your vault, over a local socket, an existing Docker Context, SSH, or mutual TLS.
It keeps local and remote Docker hosts in one place, reading them safely by default and asking before it changes anything.
Core features
- Connects over a local Docker socket, an existing Docker Context, SSH, or mutual TLS, without exposing the Docker API to the network.
- Shows Docker Compose applications, containers, images, volumes, and networks as searchable read-only inventories.
- Checks eligible containers for a newer image and reports it, without stopping, starting, or recreating anything.
- Keeps container management opt-in for one connection at a time, for the current Obsidian session only.
